How to Use

NOTE: Never spray on a hot engine. Choose the appropriate method based on whether the engine can be started with the intake hose removed.

DIRECTIONS (A) – For engines that can run with the air intake hose removed:

1. Start the engine.

2. Place a cloth under the intake manifold to absorb excess cleaner.

3. Attach the extension tube to the spray nozzle.

4. While manually moving the butterfly valve, spray the cleaner into the throttle body for about 1 minute or 1/2 can.

5. Replace the air intake hose, remove the cloth, and dispose of it properly.

6. Let the engine run for 1 more minute to complete the cleaning cycle.

DIRECTIONS (B) – For engines that cannot run with the air intake hose removed:

1. Do not start the engine.

2. Remove the air intake hose.

3. Place a cloth under the intake to absorb any excess liquid.

4. Spray the cleaner into the throttle body for about 30 seconds or 1/4 can, while manually moving the butterfly valve.

5. Reinstall the air intake hose and remove the cloth.

6. Start the engine and run for 1 minute to purge residues.
